The Mug isn't dirty, it's rather that underneath the Cow's belly there is some bronze paint smeared, & her left nostril has been accidentally smeared, too, before drying in the manufacture.

One of my fave Sun Sign mugs.
A dark, deep & rich blue... in fact so dark, it almost looks black.
The 'Libra'-Scale itself is a faulty print. Magnifique!
