Mugs Monday LXVII

I bought this mug for my father ages ago.
Having only been brought up loosely in the Muslim Religion I didn't know this was actually a variation of the Jerusalem Cross. Which, as my Father [who is a (former evangelic/presbytherian) Atheist] told me, also is in Germany the sign for the German Evangelical Church Congress
I only saw a beautiful geometrical pattern & maybe some resemblance to the Flag of the Country of Georgia.

Well, that was a short one all you lovely people. ;)
Until next week.

MM LIV

These past weeks, whenever I make my Parents a Cappuccino, it has to be served in these Mugs with their respective Spoons.
The Orange one for my Mother & the Green one for Father.
Oh, and the insides of the Mugs are plain White. :)

Mugs Monday 53

After no Internet connection for a few months I guess the Mugs are back for good!

This one was my first choice when I went to buy a new mug for my job at the Library.
Helped me through the grey days of winter between full, dark book shelves. :)

Mugs Monday XLVI

Lately, or rather this June, did I notice that I had no more space for new mugs & promised myself to not buy any new ones. That is, until I have found new space of course.
After a slip and 'relapse' this August in the Netherlands I did stay abstinent....
...until last month when my mother begged to buy me one, that she thought was the most understated yet perfect mug which my collection was lacking.

The outside is a fine 'Ivory' I reckon while the inside is of 'Tangelo' colour!
P.S.: In the last image, you can barely see an orange smudge on the upper part of the handle. It is more visible in Real Life! :)

MM XLV

This is a mug... that is more of a half bowl.
(not the typical 200 ml mug but rather a 300'ish ml mug-a-bowl) :D
I drink cocoa or tea in it. but also eat soup & cereals with it.
I love the leaves on this one, especially when using it in the Autumn, like now!
I've been using the mug a lot again in the past days, sipping at hot cocoa or Earl Grey from it while reading my books in the evening.

MM XXXVIII

This is on of my cheap, 'faulty' mugs. I think "Lime" & "Lemon" are still lying around somewhere in our cellar.
I just drank an Earl Grey out of it.
Maybe I should search for a "Bergamotte" one to somewhat complete the Set. :D
